En cada curso se alcanzan una serie de objetivos definidos y tienen una estructura:

Cada curso es anual, comienza en septiembre y termina en junio.

El primer mes es de introducción.

En el resto, se trabaja un contenido en 3 trimestres:

T1: octubre, noviembre, diciembre
T2: enero, febrero, marzo
T3: abril, mayo, junio

Se pueden incorporar personas durante el T1, pero a partir de enero ya no se admitirán incorporaciones, el grupo queda cerrado de cara a alcanzar objetivos.

Es muy importante que asistas con regularidad a las sesiones. ¡Es fácil que tu mente se resista al entrenamiento y genere excusas!

Curso 2: Aprender a cuidarme emocionalmente
Curso 3: Descubrir el “mapa” de mí mismo

Objetivos de práctica

Aprender a respirar de forma abdominal.
Desarrollar un determinado nivel de calma mental y física.
Introducir el hábito de meditar con cierta regularidad.
Introducir algunas prácticas informales de atención plena en el día a día.
Practicar la autocompasión/autocuidado.
Poder observar las sensaciones del cuerpo y tomar conciencia de ello.
Compartir y superar los obstáculos que aparezcan en la práctica.
Poder afrontar y/o reducir el nivel de ansiedad en situaciones de tensión.

Objetivos de comprensión

Conocer los 8 principios básicos y saber que mi práctica tiene que estar basada en ellos.
Comprender que mi nivel de atención es muy importante. La atención dirige mi vida, da contenido a mi vida. En función de mi nivel de atención puedo percibir la realidad de formas muy distintas.
Comprender que el grado concentración, paciencia y calma.
Conocer los 5 objetos mentales y entender que pensamientos, sensaciones y emociones son objetos mentales y como tales, pueden ser observados.
Los 5 pares de acciones internas, y especialmente aceptar/rechazar e investigar/aburrirse.
Saber qué es la ansiedad, de donde proviene.

Experimentar el “niño interior”.
Observar las emociones sin caer en la reactividad emocional (observar sin identificarse).
Tomar conciencia de la conexión pensamientos-emociones-cuerpo.
Afrontar emociones intensas sin que nos hagan daño.
Cuidar de las experiencias emocionales cotidianamente.
Reducir o evitar la proliferación de pensamientos que agravan la emoción.
Reconocer la aparición de emociones por las sensaciones corporales.
Expresar emociones desde el corazón.
Afianzar la práctica cotidiana formal.

Conocer los distintos tipos de personalidad y las fijaciones concretas que pueden tener (formas específicas de sufrimiento).
Conocer los principales “venenos” y cómo se transforman en “antídotos”.
